Recent miscarriage
How do you get back to life after having one I personally haven’t been able to. I’m extremely lost and most days can’t get out of bed. I’ve been trying to have a kid for 10+ years and for the first time I made it past 2 months and lost him May 1st. Any advice would be amazing thank you
