Annoyed with my in-laws 😒 RANT

So my due date is Wednesday but my dr is trying to induce me on Tuesday. We were hoping I’d go into labor before then (still am technically) bc we are doing vbac (my first son was born via cesarean bc he was so big). ANYWAYS, I got a membrane sweep last Wednesday and lost my mucus plug yesterday, but still no significant signs of labor. My in-laws, specifically my husband’s father, keeps saying “Tuesday right” or “you have to wait til Tuesday!” And this was even before my induction was scheduled. I am to the point I have started ignoring everyone’s questions about progress with the baby. I find it EXTREMELY annoying when multiple people try joking with you to “hold the baby in” just to fit their schedule. Like I have been in so much pain for several weeks and I’m just ready to be done, so don’t tell me when I can or can’t go into labor, especially when I’m eager to get him out! I’m so over the jokes bc the way his family does jokes it just goes on too long or goes too far. I legit almost told him to fuck off today. 😅 SO, thanks for reading my rant.
