Private ultrasound place question...

So tomorrow I’ll be nine weeks and six days and I’m going to a private place to get an ultrasound. I won’t be able to get my next ultrasound until 20 weeks at my doctors office. I’m wanting to get something done before hand and plus my mother really wanted to be there for an ultrasound. But my question is with these private ultrasound places do they do an abdominal or transvaginal ultrasound? If they do in abdominal one is the quality of the picture going to be Okay?? If anyone has a picture of their ultrasound around nine weeks and six days or 10 weeks can you please comment below and let me know the quality of it.
