Would you hike if it’s windy outside? (30mph+)

My boyfriend keeps calling me a wimp for not wanting to hike today. It’s currently super windy and it might rain today. (I live in Las Vegas)

30 mph is not super windy. That's, like, breezy.
Where I live this time of year 30 is nothing. I wouldn't even bat an eye at 30. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Super strong winds? no. Lighter wind? maybe but definitely not without eye protection and I'd ask that we go somewhere more open landscaped and not heavily tree lined in case of falling trees as another commenter posted.

Nope but I am 24.6 weeks prego with a 10 month old. Before her and this baby yeah but where we live the trees on the trail would cut the winds. I also wear shirts and tanks in the snow cause my hometown got anywhere from 6-10 feet of snow every year of my life growing up. I think its all how you grow and what you like. Hubby and I used to go hiking in the rain. However I wouldn't do it in your area.
