FSH Levels anyone with experience?

Ladies 
I took a home fertility test 
Not ovulation test but one that test FSH 
Anyone know of anything I can take to "balance" my FSH level? 
Test was ok but I'm thinking mine may be a little high....

I did one of those... I got what looked like high fsh.

When I went to an actual Doctor my fsh was normal but my number of follicals was low. As well as my AMH (ovarian reserve).

Go to a doctor... It's the only way to really know.

(I'm 38 TTC #2 for 7 years)

Lowered my fsh from 133 to 29 using supplements

I just realized u took a home test.  U need to have it checked by a dr

Idk if my other comment posted but the first month it went from 133 to 45
