Opinions please

Ok ladies...I’m 9 DPO today after a clomid cycle. Trying to figure out what’s going on with my body. My nipples are sore/sensitive, I haven’t had much of an appetite, had diarrhea that started yesterday, moody. I took a pregnancy test earlier but it was negative. I thought for a second that there was a vvvfl but I don’t think there really was. I’m feeling kinda discouraged. Do you think I’m out this month? I don’t have normal cycles due to PCOS so I don’t really know what to think
