1st period after miscarriage is long...

Hi ladies,

I had a miscarriage 7.5 weeks ago. It was a violent miscarriage which requires hospitalization and transfusion as well as manual scraping my uterus. My uterus with tender for 10 days. I bled for 2.5 weeks during that miscarriage. I lost baby at 9 weeks and my hcg with about 100,000.

It took 6.5 weeks for hcg to zero and then I got my period. I’m on day 10 of my heavy period. Is this normal for such a miscarriage???? Normally my period are 4 days long.

Please share experiences. I can’t seem to bounce back from this horrible experience. I’m so upset:(
