In need of help

I have 3 kids and I think it's time to lose that baby weight and the fat I have gained.

I really have been struggling keeping it off.

Anyways. Any tips or ideas. I just started working out again. I'm on day 1. Lol.

I'm 27, and I weigh 277 and I want to be 170 that's my goal. I want to lose at least 10lbs a month.

But I'm not sure what is a good goal or what to do to lose it.

Please help.
