Leaking amniotic fluid?

So today and part of last night I kept feeling like there was liquid and bubbles coming out of my vagina. It is still happening and my underwear keeps getting wet. I put on a panty liner and it was damp but I couldn’t tell because there was no color. I took it off because it seemed kinda pointless if I can’t see it. I touched my vagina and sometimes it’s like water and others it’s like normal discharge? My face is now starting to get on fire like I have a fever or something? It’s weird... idk any advice would be appreciated!
