Sleep Training
My baby is 9 months. I’ve gone these last 3 months without any uninterrupted sleep and I’m now exhausted. I have a hard time letting my baby cry for more than 10 minutes but I honestly don’t know what to do anymore. I feel like I’m more tired now than I was when she was a newborn. Any advice on what the heck to do? This mama is so frustrated!
