Not sure what to do....

I don’t even know where to for sure when post this.... I have a daughter who will be 3 later this year. We started trying for our second in September of last year got pregnant and had a miscarriage the endish of February. Waited the time the doctor said. I have a pretty normal period last month but spotted for a few days after. Not really a period and wasn’t every single day. Well this month I was suppose to get my period this past Friday and still nothing hardly any signs. I have been having small light cramps off and on for about 2&1/2 3 weeks now. I have taken 2 pregnancy tests 97 cent ones (last Thursday/last night) both are negative not even a faint line. I’ve been a little moody today, I’m super tired lately and have started to get some tenderness in my breast. I don’t know if I should call the doctor or how long I need to wait to just see if my period comes. I have never really dealt with being late. I was 5 days late in December of last year(still had a normal period) and found out in early January I was pregnant. Please any advice would be GREAT!
