How often do you change your baby's diaper?

Whenever it needs changed. Sometimes that's within 15 minutes and sometimes it's in a couple hours

At what age? I changed my daughter whenever I heard her poo, or when her nappy wetness indicator was wet enough? This was as a newborn, I would say I changed her 10 times a day?
Now she’s 13 months old I change her 4-5 times a day.

I cloth diaper my 3 1/2 month old so he gets changed ideally every 2 hours, sometimes more often and sometimes less often if we’re busy.

It depends on how old they are.  At first it was every 2 hours.  Now that my LO is 2, it's usually every 3 or 4 hours, sometimes more, depending on what/how much she ate 😂

As a newborn whenever I see/hear a poop, and whenever I notice pee, often at least once an hour. As they get older less often because they pee less often as their bladders grow, my older son can go many hours without peeing. But still change as soon as there’s a poop.

When my son was a newborn, we changed him 10-12 times daily whenever he went. Now that he's 20 months and has more bladder control, though, I change him 4-6 times daily. It's not like I set a timer. When I notice his diaper is wet, we change it.
