Worst anxiety of my life
The other day at work my BP was 140/88 (never that high) HR 120-130 and was dizzy. Im guessing it was an anxiety attack. I’m a nurse in a doctor office so I kept having another nurse take my BP and it took a bit but it went back down. Since I got pregnant I’ve noticed I’ve been having the worst anxiety. I’ve always been an anxious person but this is ridiculous and it’s been for no particular reason. I’ve also had a lot of trouble concentrating. Anyone have the same feeling or any suggestions besides exercise? It’s going to be a long 9 months and obviously I want to make sure the baby is okay so I need less stress.
