Breastfeeding and Dairy free diet
Hey mommas, I was wondering if any of you are on a dairy free diet?
My baby has some very bad heat rash or baby acne (I don't know how to tell the difference) on his face and neck. Everyday it looks worse. Also he is always fussy because of gas. And he poops 6 to 8 times a day.
Would a dairy free diet help him?
How long do I have to be "clean" of milk for see some results?
