One or two yall? We had a super quick scan

Could the placenta be separating the two babies? Its blurry.. not sure why, sorry. Does this look like one or two? Can you explain? We have our second ultrasound tomorrow at 20 weeks. Theyve been thinking they missed something.. help? Will i see twins tomorrow?

This ultrasound was done at 12 weeks.
