Anyone else feel like not going to work even though you love your job?

I'm a 2's teacher.. 31 weeks pregnant... A mom of a two year old and 1 year old...a full time student... And well I'm burnt out!!! I feel bad saying I'm exhausted all the time because my husband works longs hours and we only really get to spend time together one day a week. I want to stop working all together but once I do so we will be living on a really strict budget and I'm not exactly ready for that but yet my body is saying I'm ready. I wish I could call out everyday and use sick time.

I'm pretty bummed. I was planning on working until I had my little girl, but things have changed and this is my last week of work. I'm kind of panicked because I wasn't expecting to stop working so soon, and no one is going to hire someone 8 months pregnant... I wanted to set some money aside before she comes, so things are gonna be a little tight now... 😕

I'm a RN/NP (depending on which day and which job I'm at) and I want to call out every damn day. BUT I keep looking at the budget and thinking about how much better off we'll be if I keep working now. And how much more time I'll have at home after. But seriously, I'm tired and sore. I'd love to be able to sleep in all day, every day.

I haven't worked since I was 10 weeks pregnant due to restrictions and complications. I do receive disability, 60% of my pay but by the time I pay my insurance and bills it's rough!  Thankfully my fiancée has a good job and has taken over the house and car payments. In your case i would think it would be cheaper to quit with 3 kids. Child care is so expensive!  Every change is difficult but either way you will make it work.

I'm a home care aide but my job leans more toward what a CNA does. I was working full time and planning on starting my maternity leave the 9th of October, but my body said otherwise this week. I'm currently 31 weeks with twins (boy and girl), and recently my hemoglobin levels started dropping (10.7 when they need to be at least a 12) to the point I was having half hour long nose bleeds and an abnormal flutter develop in my heart. So until I can get a medical note from my doctor explaining why I can't come into work today, I will be using my sick days until my maternity leave kicks in.

I love my job, but lately I just feel like staying home all the time. My pubic bone hurts so bad whenever I walk, I'm on my feet on and off all day and can't avoid it being a dental hygienist. Luckily I work only 4 days but they're 9.5-10 hours, and I leave my house at 6:30am. I'm 31 weeks and have had a healthy, easy pregnancy, but around 29 weeks it just hit me like a ton of bricks.. Working is absolutely exhausting! I'm going to try my hardest to work up until my due date because my employer has been so flexible with my maternity leave I don't want to ask for too much! Plus, much better on the budget if I work as long as I can!

Also a teacher but I teach special education in the high school. It's very hard to get through the day lately. I love my job and everyone is great I am just so tired. Hang in there

I am a preschool teacher and love it. But I seriously just want to stay home and sleep. Between working full time and 1 week away from graduating with my CDA, I have been so busy I've run myself dry. 32 weeks 4 days.
