What do y’all think it is?

I am very irregular and I should be starting my period any time now. We’ve been trying for about a week. But I have felt bloated the past 4 days and a little nauseous. Two days ago I had sex with my husband and I had a little bit of red spotting right after. I wiped like 5 or 6 times and it was very light. The next time I peed that night there was nothing. I peed right before bed and had it on the first wipe and nothing since then. I have also had creamy discharge the past few days too. What do y’all think it could be?
