Trying to get pregnant

Okay so I literally have never done this before. So my husband and I have been trying to conceive since November 7, 2018. I am very regular on my period. But this month I was 6 days late. I took three pregnancy test on different days all came back negative. Then I got some really really light spotting I was thinking okay maybe that’s the implantation bleeding but then it got really heavy which I am normally a really heavy bleeder so I was like okay maybe not, maybe I sadly started my period I last 7 days at least sometimes 9 days this time it has only lasted 5 days and which it has never been that short. So I don’t know if there is still a chance I am pregnant and it’s just to soon or what the deal is. I’m only 22 years old so I don’t know a whole lot about the actual getting pregnant process I mean I know the basic mom+dad=baby part but all the other stuff like implantation bleeding never knew that was a thing. Please some suggestions maybe some answers at this point really anything helpful.
