How do you ladies do it

I’m absolutely miserable with pain after my c-section yesterday. I’m actually afraid to go home where I know the help won’t be there at the push of a button and pain meds won’t be available when I need them. I’ve gotten up and moved around a bit like my doctors and nurses have told me to but I can’t even stand up all the way or do anything more than a shuffle to the bathroom, where I need help getting back up when I’m done. I’ve had both a vaginal delivery and a c-section now and I’d take destroying my vagina any day over this. I go home tomorrow and as much as I want to be there and in my own bed and on my own couch/chair, I’m terrified.
