Opinions please!!!

I had a transvaginal ultrasound last Thursday (dr was checking for cysts) and thankfully nothing showed up and he said everything looked perfectly normal.

If I did get pregnant this month, I'd only be about 3 weeks along. So the dr wouldn't have been able to see it in the ultrasound yet, right?

I had some spotting last week for 2 days (very light pink/brownish in color and didn't even stain a panty liner, only visible on toilet paper) so I'm wondering if that was implantation bleeding🤔🤔

I just want to be pregnant so bad, I'm turning into a crazy Google researcher 😂😂
