Help me . Please 😭😭😭😭😭

So I went in for a private scan yesterday at 8weeks 4 days . I had both abdominal and transvaginal scan done . She could see fetal pole , and sac but just no baby . I had light spotting yesterday but it's gone now and nothing this morning . I'm beyond heartbroken . They want me back next week for another scan , but if the bleeding kicks in the woman said I dont have to come back . Can you please tell me has anyone went through this . I dont even know what it's called? And what I need to do . Will I just bleed and the sac will come from me ! Will i bleed bad , will i be in alot of pain ? any advise girls please .I'm so broken x
