late or no period

since February of this year my period has been coming on a week after its supposed to come on. since march, i’ve been to the doctor at least 3 or 4 times because of overgrowth in bad bacteria which is causing me to have recurrent Bacteria Vaginosis. this month i was supposed to start my on the 21st, lasting 5 days. but it’s the 28th and it’s still haven’t come. i’m experiencing the pms pain but still no period. i’m not pregnant and haven’t been sexually actives since february.
