What is your favorite? Why?

I’ve always used pads but am looking to switch to something else because I really don’t prefer them. I would really appreciate suggestions or advice!!

I LOVE my cup. I suggest buying a Saalt cup; it’s the only brand I’ve used and I love it. i love not having to change it except when I wake up and when I go to bed. And I love not harming my body anymore with other period products that I just wasn’t educated about. I feel like my period flows much easier now that I’m not clogging things up with a tampon so it seems like a heavier flow which kinda sucks but good to know my body is cleaning itself out well.
