So I had a miscarriage last year in agust at 5 weeks and I got my period again in Feb from this year since then nothing I am taking some over the counter supplement to be more fertile and get pregnant or either get my period but the only thing that happens is brown spotting, but today I had this idk what to make of it.. what do you thin
