Implantation cramps??? Help
I had an HSG (hysterosalpingogram) May 15th and everything was normal and tubes were open. I started ovulating the next week. I do opk’s, and a few days after Ovulation I had cramps/back pain. It felt period like. Could this be implantation cramps?! I’ve never gotten this before. I can’t test til next Monday!
