Same letter for first and middle name?

Question

My hubs and I have recently come across a few names we like, and the combos happen to be first and middle names that start with the same letter. 
For example, and not particularly names we have chosen. Just examples to better explain myself. 
Daniel Dean, Shawn Steven, Jennifer Jean, Emma Elizabeth, ect. 
If we start it with 1, we'll probably keep it going for any future kids. 
Anyhow, thoughts on it? Good or bad idea? Thanks all 🙌💞

The only issue I see is it makes their name look like a stage name. Alliteration is super common in stage names, but that’s not much of an issue.

Total non issue, we're naming our daughter Molly Mae, i think as long as you both like the name you shouldn't worry too much about it.

My son's initials are J.J.P and my daughter's are A.P.P. Their middle names are their grandparents and my boyfriend and I just choose their first names. I think it's cute.

My girl is Vivian Valmai (named after her great grandmas) so the meaning of the name was more important than the fact they start with the same letter. I love her name and I think it flows well!

It's not something I would personally do, I don't like the way it looks. However I have seen a lot of names make it work, and they are cute names. It's what you and your husband want to do that matters.
