I came across this story on buzzfeed today and thought y’all would get a kick out of it. Apparently a pregnant woman ordered a caramel macchiato at Starbucks and the barista asked “oh, decaf?” And she said no she wanted regular. The male barista, apparently around or under the age of 30, proceeded to argue with the woman for 5 minutes about how caffeine is bad for the baby, and the woman protested saying that one coffee a day is fine. The article definitely takes a specific stance but I’m going to remain neutral (even though I have an opinion) to see what y’all think.
