I had my first miscarriage on April 25th. I just got my first period. My doctor suggested to wait two periods to try again. Her reasoning was because it was hard to predict due date. Did you wait? How long? Should I wait? I’m usually a rule follower but I don’t want to be!

I didn’t wait at all. I tracked my ovulation as soon as I stopped bleeding from my miscarriage in December and got pregnant in January. I am currently 21 weeks. I think it’s a bs reason for you to wait 2 cycles, although I hear it a lot. I think as long as you are emotionally and physically ready to try again then go for it! Maybe try tracking your ovulation Incase you do end up pregnant quickly, you will have a date to go by.

I conceived two weeks after my first miscarriage and it resulted in a second miscarriage. I’m aware this isn’t the case for everyone but the doctor suggested I wait a cycle to try again this time to make sure the uterine lining was back to normal. I had that period 2.5 weeks ago and it was clotty/heavy/thick which made me glad I waited that cycle.

I had a miscarriage on Thanksgiving and got pregnant after one cycle on new years eve. Wait at least one ;)

I had a mc at 7 weeks 4 days on April 22 and my doctor encouraged me to try again immediately after my cycle returned. My period came back five weeks after my miscarriage and my husband and I are going to try again this cycle. I guess it’s a personal preference- if you feel emotionally and physically ready to try again - I say go for it! Baby dust to you!

I had a MC in March at 7w and my first cycle after I got pregnant, I should be 4 weeks but idk my doc app isn't until June 7th, I'd try if I was u, good luck
