I’m on BC but we don’t use condoms, I take BC effectively and make my bf pull out. Am I being safe and responsible???

Yes and no. Taking birth control should always prevent pregnancy but using condoms will help prevent you from contracting STDs and further protect you from pregnancy.

Safe? Well as long as your taking it consistently and correctly, you should be ok for pregnancy. But most birth controls are not 100% effective. You aren’t protecting again stds, but if your in a monogamous relationship, you should be ok

You’re having protected sex, whether it’s in the form of condoms or BC. You’re being responsible, as long as you know the consequences if that small % happens.
