I would have a ton of questions and concerns.  I don't think I would be in favor of it though
1. Inflation 
2. Who is funding it/where is all this  money coming from
3. If from taxes would our taxes increase?
4. How many years would each person be receiving this money? Every single person would be handed $12,000 a year with no strings attached?? 
5. I think giving food to those who need it would be a better idea or something like that
6. Would there be any restrictions or requirements or just every single person gets it? What if they're are not going to use it for something good? Would there be a way to revoke the privilege from someone?
I just see this idea causing more harm than good. I could see where it would be an awesome idea but for me there are too many potholes to think this would be a good idea

I’ve actually heard about this idea/project. 
I think, it might really help people in need, elderly people, people with disabilities and students. It can level up quality of life for people who need these money and they can get better housing, good food, better their health, pay for their kids daycare. 
But at the same time, if everybody’s income will grow, the prices will grow too. It will cause inflation.
The way I think it can be done is give money to the people who just can’t make the ends meet. People who have a full time job but it’s still not enough to pay essential bills like rent and food. The whole system needs to be monitored so people don’t abuse such help. 
Honestly, if part of my taxes will be paid to such a cause, I wouldn’t mind. I have to pay it anyway so I would like it to be used for something good and humane.

The US needs to get its act together and start paying for healthcare and environmental protections first! But I think something like this exists in Denmark which is cool but hey also have a lot of social services so you can’t compare with US really
