Back pain??

Hey ladies

I've been so constipated the past week but I've also been noting some crazy back pain. Idk if it had to do with the constipation or if I just did something at work ( I work in an ER). Has anyone experienced this?? Bye I'm just about 9 weeks

It could be a variant of things. The beginning of pregnancy can throw just about anything at you. If you are experiencing constipation or have had it, I would recommend probiotics, lots of  fresh fruit and veggies, (fiber) always stay hydrated, you can even try coconut water, sometimes a few sips of coffee or oatmeal can help. The biggest thing is to stay hydrated I think. Fruits juice and water are good sources. Plus fruits are a quick and easy snack for your fast-paced job and will keep up your nutrients and energy (natural sugars). Avoid anythjng that can back you up like heavy carbs or protein, for now anyway. Hope this helps!!!
