Nursery. Are you using a comforter?

I keep reading baby shouldn't have extra blankets in crib.

I have a comforter, but I'm saving it until he's older. His crib will convert into a toddler bed, so he can use it when he's officially a Big Kid. Until then, it's sleep sacks all the way!

I got a nice bedding set from my baby shower, but I won't be using the bumpers and the comforter is just going to be used on the floor for tummy time probably

I'm not buying a nursery set. I'm buying a sheet, curtains and a crib skirt. I'm getting mesh crib bumpers and no comforter. It's cheaper this way and feel like the bumper sticker a waste as well as the comforter.

I am using a think blanket in the crib. They say no fluffy or super soft blankets in the crib. Regular thin ones are fine

I didn't buy a nursery set, I bought sheets that I liked and made a blanket with my mom, suuuuper easy and inexpensive. Just followed something on Pinterest. Top picture shows one side of the blanket the zigzags 
Bottom picture is blanket turned over to soft minky side and tucked in for baby to lay on
