Symptoms making me crazy...tww

So were 1 week post our 2nd iui...and the symptoms are confusing as hell... I'm so stuck wsring between if it's my hcg shot I took (I'd test but my dr told me to wait out the 14 days to avoid false readings) or early pregnancy symptoms

My boobs are super sensitive, im bloated, super tired all the time, and I've had raging heartburn the last 2 days...(which could also be the large quantity of my co workers amazing homemade salsa I've devoured but it's never given me issues before)

So how do you tell the difference af not due for another week...dh thinks I might get a bfp this month because I had cramping after and about 3-4 days after and I had nothing last time...

Any advice....
