should i meet up w him?

hey guys, so basically a guy that goes to a local high school dmed me and asked for my snap. i don’t know him/never met him before but saw that a few people from my school follow him and gave it to him. we’ve been taking for around 2 weeks and he asked if i wanted to hang out during the summer. he’s really nice and ik he’s a real person haha but ofc you can never be 100% sure on the internet. how should i approach meeting up with him? should i meet up with him at all? please help me!!!
