I need advice ASAP. This isn't normal for me. Please, please help

My last cycle (losing uterine lining, normal period) was April 17-20th.

On May 1st and 2nd, I had spotting come and go, with no uterine lining. 🤷🏻‍♀️

As of yesterday (5/31) I started getting this:

Although I just took this photo, this is not normal for me at all.

It was way heavier this morning; I tested negative today ➖, but my breasts are full, I'm tired, and I have back pain.🤒

Am I out? When can I retest/should I get bloodwork done? I had unprotected sex over a month ago so a test should have been positive by now if I had conceived, right? I surely doubt I'm one of those women who gets a positive test late..?

🚩 My main concern is this: I'm not passing uterine lining.

Should I see a doctor or wait it out?

Any comments are greatly appreciated as I'm trying to stay calm. 😫 Thank you, everyone.
