Ovulation?

I had a d&c about 4 days ago. Today I am having pain in my left side like im ovulating and im having a ton of ewcm with pinkish blood mixed in. I dont feel like it's possible to ovulate already but I dont have an ovulation stick on hand! Anyone have ovulation this soon? I only bled the day after the d&c and now its to this! So confused.

I had the same thing after a D&C for a few weeks.  I kept thinking ‘could I be ovulating?’ but blood tests were showing I still had high hcg levels (so impossible to be ovulating).  Don’t stress if it takes a few cycles to get back to normal.  Everyone’s body responds differently, but it’s not uncommon that you may ovulate and get your period earlier or later than usual.

After I had my D&C, I was uncomfortable that whole month... I never felt ovulation pain until after D&C.. it’s so weird. I am sorry for your loss btw!!

Opk will still be positive because you still have hcg in your system. It’s just your body trying to flush everything out. I had a D&C on May 20th and am still stopping. Some days it’s brown some days it’s red and some times it’s pinker with mucus. It will take a little while to regulate your hormones.
