Toddler adjusting to new baby 😩

So we just got home from the hospital yesterday and our son came home from my in-laws’ today. He’s been staying between grandparents houses for about the last five days, so he’s really out of sync with his normal routine. Being 19 months old, he’s got teeth coming in and probably a growth spurt coming up. Lately he’s been very defiant and screaming “no” at us any time we tell him to do something or won’t let him do what he wants. It turns into a whole ordeal that we are unsure how to handle. I’m sure most of this has to do with being out of routine, but could it also be bc of baby? How did you guys adjust your toddler to a new baby at home?
