is this cheating?

so my bf has this girl on snap. and i’ve asked him about her before because he only has his friends and me on his snap account. he said he didn’t know her and always asked about something else or changed the subject. i didn’t think much of it kind of shrugged it off. And then she started moving up on his best friends list so i asked more and he said he didn’t know her. well now they are number one best friends. and i confronted him and he told me that they talk sometimes. so i asked about what. and he said he rants to her when he’s upset. and they have conversations a lot. he also told me a while back he doesn’t apply himself to conversations unless he’s romantically interested. (he doesn’t even apply himself with his friends). i know he wouldn’t send pictures or anything and i believe him when he says that they haven’t met. i don’t think he has had feeling for her but he lied to me. and he kept secrets from me. is this considered cheating because i kind of consider it cheating even though they didn’t kiss or anything. idk man. he lied to my face and i love him. we’ve been together for 8 months. i lost my virginity to him. but apparently i can’t fulfill his emotional needs and he has to go to someone else. the fact that he felt the need to talk to her. and i came out as bisexual to him about a month back. he told her. i don’t know her and only him and my best friend know. he’s telling her my secrets.
