Absent Period

Prior to being on contraception I had my period regularly but whilst on the implant I never stopped bleeding, after 4 years of being on the implant I had it taken out after a second opinion from a consultant said it would be best for my health as it was clearly not suiting me. That was in December 2018.

Now, I’ve had spotting around March time, and a normal period last month. Now it seems to be a week late and no signs of it. I want to know if anyone has had similar issues when coming off contraception as I’m nervous it may be something else. I’ve taken pregnancy tests which all come back negative. Please help
