Pain in neck
Someone help! I slept on my neck wrong last night and it hurts really bad! I’ve tried soaking in a bit bath, I’ve tried putting ice on it, and I’ve tried heating it with a hot towel but nothings helping 😩 anyone know what I can do to ease the pain??
