Metformin week 2

Hey guys, so I started Metformin last mon. Cd1. Yesterday on CD 12 I noticed I was feeling some cramps and today CD 13 I see some spotting. This happen to anyone else two weeks in where u feel like AF is coming again??? 😫😫😫.
