Anyone know?

On the 27th I had egg white cm and on the 31st I had white cm and a negative opk. I don’t really track ovulation so when do you think I could have ovulated? Some people say I probably ovulated the 27th when I had the egg white cm or even the day before. Today I’ve had bad heartburn, cramps, and boobs are sore and kinda itchy/burning feeling! Plus a little nauseous. I want to say I’m around 5/6dpo but not quite sure.
