Nuvaring out of stock

Hey guys, I have a question. I've been on the nuvaring for several months now and I have not had any problems with it, taking it out and putting it in right on schedule. Unfortunately, I miscalculated how many rings I have left before going on a holiday for 10 days. I thought I had one left, meaning I could start using it during the holiday, however it turns out I didn't. Where I currently am, I couldn't find nuvaring at pharmacies, and ordering one would take up to two, three weeks. Basically, I've been without the Ring for 10 days now when I'm supposed to have been wearing it.

I was wondering what to do next - wait for the new period to come and insert the ring towards its end, or once I'm back home insert it immediately. Luckily, there's no risk of pregnancy, as I have not had sex during the ring-free ten days.
