Teething
My son only has his 2 bottom front teeth and when he got them he showed no sign. His top 2 front teeth are ready to go through any time now, and hes miserable. I'm not sure if it's from teething or if hes sick. He will not eat or drink, so hes not having many wet diapers. Hes got a runny nose and fever. Pulling on his ears and all he wants to do is sleep. Are these signs of teething or should I bring him in?.
