Diagnosed with PCOS

Hi guys, I am just super depressed to be diagnosed with PCOS today. I have no symptoms so couldn’t have guessed. Plus my ultrasounds from two years back never showed it. But just want to know how can I know how bad my PCOS is? Can you guys help me with your FSH, LH, AMH levels at day 3 testing. This will help me understand how bad are mine, or there’s still hope for me? It’s a shock and a depressing news for me. This was our first month trying to conceive and m 30 years old, so more scared.
