How many calories a day if breastfeeding twins?

I’m currently breastfeeding my twins (supplementing when needed with formula) and I’m trying to lose some weight and wondering how many calories a day I should be eating? I constantly feel hungry so I’m just eating all the time

It depends on many factors and everyone is different, but I’d shoot for 2,000 to 2,500 calories a day. Not eating enough will likely have a negative impact on your supply.

Breastfeeding one baby can burn 200-500 calories a day, depending on baby’s age, how often they nurse, and whether or not you supplement formula as well. 
It sounds like your twins are still very young, nursing a lot, and only occasionally supplementing so maybe 400-500 calories per day and then double that because there’s two babies. Which means you should eat 800-1000 calories more than you would if not breastfeeding. 
Average daily calorie intake for a woman is about 2000 calories, or 1500 if trying to lose weight. So I would take 1500 plus 800-1000 extra for nursing and aim for 2300-2500 calories per day.
