break up or not

me and my boyfriend have been together around two months. i really do think i love him. but i’m scared because next year i’m changing schools and i want it to work out between us but mostly we just hang out at school right now because my parents are kind of strict. i have my license, but he is only 15 so he doesn’t. and when i don’t see people frequently it’s hard for me to be with them. and i feel like we are just dating for heartbreak at this point because its probably not gonna work out and i don’t know what to do.. and before i started dating him i was honestly happier and less stressed. but i love him. should i just break up with him now or wait it out? i know we will both be very upset if we break up and things will be really weird at school... but idk it might just prevent us from further hurt. i need advice!!
