Foodstamps????

Question

Will they cut my foodstamps off if I start going to college??
Eta: I wasn't really sure where to post this so I'm sorry if this is the wrong place..and I have a 2 year old

They won't cut you off right away but if you have to reapply for whatever reason even they will deny you if you say you're in school. At least that's been my experience in MI.

I told them I worked on  campus and they asked for verification. Then I continued to recieve assistance.

they shouldn’t as long as you’re working a certain amount of hours (at least it worked for me) also depends on the state

You can ask a dshs employer here where i live they keep giving you help if you are a student
