plz help

I have a drs appointment on the 15th but I wanted to see if anyone has experienced this,

I have pcos and iv always had irregular periods but not like this..my last real period was in October 2018 and I got a positive pregnancy test in March 2019 but ended up being a chemical, well since then iv been spotting off and on,,

Everytime I have an orgasm I start to bleed but only when I wipe and it doesn't last the whole day,,

I'm so worried and idk what's going on.. I've taken pregnancy test but they were negative.. anyone experience this?
