What kind of rash is this on my baby??

My daughter just turned 12 month last week and she randomly developed this rash on her face. It’s only bad on one cheek but she does have little red spots all on her back and stomach. We haven’t changed any soaps or detergent. She hasn’t eaten anything abnormal because she’s been on a toddler formula for over week due to her not eating a balanced diet yet. She hasn’t had a fever or acted any different but I’m nervous as hell bc I’m a FTM. She started this formula last Saturday if I remember correctly this is her second can and just last night I noticed small little dots on her face which I thought was baby acne until today when I started to spread and get worse on her cheek
